BEQUEST - Heavy Metal from Czech Republic

A SHORT BIOGRAPHY:

Bequest was founded in year 2006 by Helios in order to create and play Heavy Metal music with Thrash and Black/Death elements. For the present, Bequest operate as one man project only, at least as to composition of all the songs. Drums together with the bass link are provided by way of drum machine. Lyrics about life and human nature were written in Czech and English. The first live appearance under participation of a guest vocalist passed on Rocksession 2006 in Pelhřimov.

Simply I cannot mention them all here.

NEWS AND REPORTS:

Some new songs were composed. Moreover, I am working on the first demo. Drums, guitars and keyboard lines have already been recorded. I hope that vocals will be added soon, and after needful adjustments I will be able to place mp3 songs to Band Zone and to the other sites in which Bequest has its profile.

NOTE ABOUT Mp3 SAMPLES:

All these current mp3 songs were recorded as an experiment via computer without professional tools and therefore they really cannot offer any great quality in point of its listening. On the other hand they can help you to make an idea about music we play. By the way I have heard much whorse records from some musicians. In comparsion with them it did not end up so badly, perhaps the guitar tracks sound rather quietly and less con espressione.

I think that most people like clean sound instead of the ugly, overlarge, and blind one, but it is not possible to achieve an excelent sounding on each ocassion. Surely, it might be a plot to make it this way (for example some dirty sonant Black Metal) or simply bad condictions as well as the lack of experiences can lead to such a result.

I hope that we will record demo CD higher quality with singing soon. Be patient by then and take care.
